文化强省是湖南省"十二五规划"的重要目标之一,图书馆在文化强省建设中起着重要作用,高校图书馆是图书馆的主体之一,构建高校图书馆的核心价值体系对提升其服务水平有重要作用,也是文化强省建设的需要。

Cultural strong province is ,one of the important targets in ＂the twelfth five- year plan＂ of Hunan province. The libraries play an important role in the construction of cultural strong province among which the university libraries are the main bodies. Thereifore, the construction of university library＇ s core value system is essential to promote its service level and it is also can meet the need of the construction of cultural strong province .
