摘要
1,4-二氯-2-丁炔是医药、农药、香料及高分子材料合成中广泛使用的中间体之一.本文以2-丁炔-1,4-二醇为原料,在吡啶存在下与氯化亚砜反应,所得产品纯化后,对其沸点进行测定;通过IR谱图、1HNMR谱图和MS谱图的测定,表明1,4-二氯-2-丁炔结构正确.同时对其UV性能进行了测试,结果表明,随着所选溶剂极性的增加,1,4-二氯-2-丁炔的紫外最大吸收波长λmax先减小-再增大-再减小-后又增大.
1,4-dichloro- 2-butyne was one of tile important intermediate which was widely used in fields like medicine, pesticide, aromatics and polymer material. In this paper, 1,4-dichloro- 2-butyne was obtained by using 2-butyne- 1,4-dio1 react with thionyl dichloride under the existence of pyridine . We have test the boiling point of the product after its purification, and have confirmed the structure by means of IR,1HNMR and MS spectrum. We have also measured the UV property of the product which showed that the λmax of 1,4-dichloro-2-butyne altered like "W" when increasing the polarity of the solvent we selected.
