As for there is no related standard or code on offshore engineering fiber construction in domestic, this thesis refers to offshore engineering construction standard and criterion at home and abroad, combining with land fiber construction tech-nology, aiming at offshore engineering fiber construction, presents the technology should be followed, working process, matters need attention and inspection method.
