摘要
目的调查手术室患者对优质护理服务的期望,探讨优质护理服务与患者期望的相关性。方法对手术室进行手术的160患者进行问卷调查,应用Servqual标尺测评优质护理服务质量(SQ),采用Sperman相关分析患者期望与优质护理服务的关系。结果患者期望与服务质量具有显著相关性(r=0.887,P<0.05)。结论手术室优质护理服务基本满足了患者的需求,得到了患者的认可。
Objective To investigate the expectations to quality care, and explore the relevance between care quality and patient expectations. Methods 160 patients were surveyed with questionnaire. Using Servqual scale to evaluate the quality of care, and Correlation analysis were done with Sperman Correlation analysis between quality care and patient expectations. Results It had significant relativity between care quality and patient expectations(r=0.887 ,P〈0.05). Conclusion The Quality Care basically meet the needs of patients, and gains the acceptation of patient.
