干扰素α-2b涂膜剂治疗单纯疱疹的临床观察

目的探讨干扰素α-2b涂膜剂在单纯疱疹治疗中的临床应用效果,总结用药经验,为今后临床用药提供参考。方法选取于2010年10月～2011年10月间于门诊及住院部诊断为单纯疱疹患者104例,在征得患者同意的前提下按照随机对照原则分为对照组52例和试验组52例。对照组给予3%阿昔洛韦软膏治疗,试验组给予干扰素α-2b涂膜剂治疗,搜集年龄、性别、临床表现、治疗方法、治疗效果等方面数据,进行统计学分析。结果两组患者治疗有效率、治愈率差异无统计学意义(P>0.05);试验组患者止疱时间、结痂时间、脱痂时间、总病程均明显低于对照组,差异有统计学意义(P<0.05)。结论干扰素α-2b涂膜剂与3%阿洛昔韦软膏均是治疗单纯疱疹有效外用制剂,而干扰素α-2b涂膜剂能够更加明显缩短患者病程,从而减少继发感染、复发,值得在临床推广。
