机车是铁路运输的基本动力，机车运用效率的高低直接影响铁路运输效益。主要讨论考虑机车运用均衡性的数学模型和机车周转优化的两种方法。对机车的周转具有一定参考价值。
Rail transport is the basic power of locomotive. Locomotive operation efficiency directly affects the benefit of railway transport. This paper mainly discusses the consideration of locomotive utilization balance and the mathematical model of locomotive optimization of two methods. The locomotive turnover has a certain reference value.
