摘要
由于辅助时间在生产过程中必然存在,在分析各类辅助时间因素的基础上,将其归类独立于柔性流水线模型并与经济批量排产模型相结合,最终得到一个混合非线性规划模型。将启发式法与遗传算法相结合,构建一类混合遗传算法进行求解。最后,通过实例验证多时间因素的独立能明显改善目标值。
For the assist time's exist,we analysis and independent it in the model of flow line combined with economic lot,finally we developed a nonlinear programming.We combined heuristic filter and genetic algorithm,and developed a hybrid genetic algorithm to solve this problem.Finally,we designed an example,and the result shows the model and algorithm's feasibility and effectiveness.
