摘要
分析一个拥有本地个人信息供应链中的生产商和供货商之间的业务运作与协调机制。对于一种产品的订货要求,通过设置任务导向型和控制导向型的混合协调机制来处理。任务导向型方式描述生产商的采购政策,然而控制导向型方式描述非准时交货的惩罚方式。计算结果表明遗传算法能够找到问题的最优解或近似最优解,是解决该问题比较有效的方法。
This paper is talking about the operational coordination mechanisms between a producer and a supplier within a supply chain having private local information.For a make to order production setting the coordination is achieved through the combined use of a task-oriented and a control-oriented type of instrument.The task-oriented instrument describes the producers procurement policy for components whereas the control-oriented instrument is made up by penalty costs for non-correct delivery.The calculation results show that the genetic algorithm can find the optimal solutions of the problem or approximate optimal solution,be the more effective method to solve the problem.
