摘要
目的 探讨钙结合蛋白D28k(CaBP)在帕金森病(PD)发病机制中的作用。方法 将1-甲基-4-苯基-1,2,3,6-四氢吡啶(MPTP)按30mg/kg体重腹腔注射给C57BL小鼠,建立PD鼠模型。用反转录PCR及原位分子杂交方法检测PD鼠和正常鼠脑内CaBP mRMA的表达变化。结果 与正常鼠对比,CaBP mRNA在PD鼠的海马、纹状体、黑质等脑区的表达水平明显下调。结论 CaBP可能通过对特定脑区神经元的保护作用来抵御PD的发生。
Objective To study the possible role of Calbindin-D28k (CaBP) in the pathogenesis of Parkinson's disease (PD). Methods 1-methyl-4-phenyl-1,2,3,6-tetrahyclropyridine (MPTP) was intraperitoneally injected into C57BL mice to establish PD mice model. Reverse transcription PCR and in situ hybridization were used to detect the expression changes of CaBP mRNA in the brain of PD and control mice. Results Compared with control mice, there was a significant decrease in CaBP mRNA levels in hippocampus, striatum and substantia nigra in PD mice. Conclusion CaBP may provide protective role to some neurons against the pathogenesis process resposible for PD.
