犬眶下动脉终末支逆行插管导药入眼实验研究

Experimental study of retrograde catheterization and administration of drugs into the eye througll infraorbital artery of the dog.

目的 为探讨眼底病新的给药治疗方法,进行动物实验研究。方法 用犬做了眼动脉解剖,并做了眼动脉逆行插管注药实验。结果 在犬的解剖中发现眼动脉发自上颌动脉,起点处与眶下动脉成夹角。眶下动脉逆行插管给药成功,注药入体后,动物眼部及全身均无不良反应。结论 眼动脉(眶下动脉)终末支逆行插管给药的方法是安全可行的。

Objective For treatment of fundus diseases, following experimental studies were performed on dog. Methods Dissection of the ophthalmic artery on dog, and retrograde catheterization was done. Results It was found that in dogs the opthalmic artery originated from the maxillary artery, and that its root formed an angle with infraorbital artery. Therefore drugs were given by retrograde catheterization through infraorbital artery, and the response of the eye as well as the whole body was observed. Conclusion The practicability of this technique was proved.
