摘要
目的 观察完全胃肠外营养(TPN)支持治疗对腹部外科术后病人的临床疗效。方法 61例腹部外科病人分成两组,胃肠外营养组接受肠外营养,普通对照组接受以葡萄糖供能为主的治疗。术后一周观察病人的氮平衡、体重血浆、白蛋白等的变化。结果 胃肠外营养组血浆白蛋白、氮平衡、体重比对照组明显增加,治疗后两组间差异有统计学意义(P<0.05)。结论 适当的胃肠外营养可提高病人的治愈率,减少并发症的发生及死亡率。
Objective Observe the curative effects of total parenteral nutrition in abdomenal surgey patients. Methods Sixty-one patients were randomly divided into 2 groups. The PN group received parenteral nutrition. The control group only recived routine glucose infusion. We studied the patients nitrogen balance, body weight and albumin in week after operation. Result Body weight .albumin and nitrogen balance in the parenteral nutraition group increased respectively than the control group. Difference between the PN group and the control group was significant(P < 0.05). Conclusion Perioperative parenteral nutrition can improve the patients cure rate, reduce complication and mortality.
