摘要
目的 探讨游离皮瓣移植术后动脉危象的处理方法。方法 游离皮瓣动脉入皮点损伤出现的动脉危象1例,应用动脉化静脉皮瓣血循环原理,重建游离皮瓣的血液循环。结果 皮瓣成活。结论 应用动脉化静脉皮瓣原理处理游离皮瓣移植术后动脉危象是一种有效的方法。
Objective After free flap transplantation the method managed artery crisis was discussed.Methods 1 case whose entering skin point of free flap artery was injured and the flap arose artery crisis was reported. Using principle of the arterialized venous flap reestablished blood circulation of the free flap. Results The flap survived. Conclusion It is an effective method that using principle of the arterialized venous flap treat with artery crisis after free flap transplantation.
