眼性斜颈的治疗

目的 眼性斜颈治疗。方法 经CT检查、X线摄片颈(?)无改变,胸锁乳突肌触之无硬洁,采用角膜映光法、同视机和三棱镜加遮盖试验,Hess屏检查及Parks三步法检查,明确眼性斜颈诊断。结果 通过代偿头位分析,确定受累眼外肌,遵照手术原则,设计手术方案。结论 垂直眼外肌麻痹是眼性斜颈的主要原因。上斜肌麻痹最为常见,其次为上直肌麻痹,下直肌麻痹。

Objective The treatment of ophthalmic oblique neck. Methods After the examination of CT and X-ray photograph, touching sternocleidomastoideus muscles no hard node. Corneal reflection of light point. Synoptophore, prism cover test. Hess screen test and Park's test were adopted. The diagnosis was made.Results Through the analysis of compensatory head position. The extrinsic muscles were determined. according to the principle of operation. Surgical correction was performed. Conclusion Vertical extrinsic muscles paralysis is the main cause of ophthalmic oblique neck. The most common is paralysis of superior oblique muscle. The second is paralysis of superior rectus muscle and inferior rectus muscle.
