2094例儿童微量元素铅、镉、铜含量分析 被引量:6

摘要 目的:了解微量元素铅、镉、铜在儿童不同时期的变化规律。方法:采用原子吸收分光光度法检测2 094例儿童微量元素铅、镉、铜水平。结果:幼儿组铅含量最高,阳性率为14.43%;学龄组镉含量最高,阳性率为7.09%;幼儿组缺铜比例最高,其次为学龄前组、学龄组。结论:不同年龄的儿童体内微量元素含量变化显著。针对与年龄相关的各种高危因素进行早期预防、监测与治疗,可以降低儿童微量元素含量异常发生率。
