摘要
目的:进一步探讨超声对先天性胎儿畸形的诊断价值。方法:回顾性分析143例先天性畸形胎儿的临床资料。结果:胎儿畸形中以神经系统、心血管系统和颜面部为最多见。神经系统畸形为第1位。心血管系统畸形随着孕周增大,检出率增高。结论:超声检查属于无创性检查,可以清晰显示胎儿外形和内脏结构,对人体无害,可以反复检查,目前产前超声筛查胎儿畸形是我国出生缺陷干预二级预防中的重要组成部分,对减少出生缺陷、提高人口素质、减轻社会及家庭的负担都起到了积极的作用。
Objective: To explore the value of ultrasound for diagnosis of congenital fetal deformities. Methods: The clinical data of 143 fetuses with congenital deformities were analyzed retrospectively. Results : The most common positions of fetal deformities were nervous system, cardiovascular system and facial region. Deformities of nervous system ranked the first. The detection rate of deformities of nervous system increased with the increase of gestational weeks. Conclusion: Uhrasonography is noninvasive, harmless, and repeatable, which can display fetal appearance and structure of organs ; at present, prenatal ultrasonography used for screening of fetal deformities is an important component of secondary prevention of birth defects intervention in China, and it plays an active role in reducing birth defects, improving the quality of birth population, and lightening the burdens of society and families.
