对近十年我国成人教育发展研究的反思

近十年来,我国学者从发展趋势、发展模式、发展动力和机制、发展困境与对策等方面对成人教育发展问题展开了深入研究,取得了丰硕成果。但在研究中也存在着研究内容低水平重复、实证性研究缺乏、研究视野不够开阔等问题。该领域继续深入研究必须加强对成人教育发展范式的研究、重视对成人教育发展理念的研究、注重对成人教育发展的元研究、倡导对成人教育发展的实践取向研究。

For recent ten years, adult education has been well studied by scholars in China from the trend, mode, motivation, difficulties and strategies of development, which has achieved abundant achievements. However, problems also exist in some aspects, such as level repetition of study content, lack of empirical research, the narrow view, etc. Further research should be on the mode of adult education development and attach importance on the concept of it, as well as advocating the application and practice - oriented aduh education.
