摘要
目的：研究肝素的抗过敏作用，开发其临床新用途。方法：用卵白蛋白（ Ｏｖａｌｂｕ ｍｉｎ ，ＯＡ） 免疫豚鼠使之致敏，以ＯＡ 攻击诱发过敏性哮喘，观察肝素延长哮喘潜伏期的作用；取致敏豚鼠离体回肠，ＯＡ 攻击产生过敏性收缩，观察肝素对该收缩的抑制作用。结果：与Ｎ－Ｓ 组比较，肝素８００ＩＵ／Ｌ 组和４００ＩＵ／Ｌ 组能显著延长呼吸困难的潜伏期和抽搐跌倒的潜伏期（ Ｐ 分别小于０－０１ 和０－０５） ；肝素１６ ０００ＩＵ／Ｌ 组、８ ０００ＩＵ／Ｌ 组能显著降低回肠平滑肌的收缩高度（ Ｐ 分别小于０－０１ 和０－０５） 。结论：肝素具有抗过敏作用。
AIM:To study the anti-allergic effects of heparin.METHODS:Guinea-pigs were sensitized by Ovalbumin(OA),then,allergic asthma was induced by OA-inhalation and the effect of heparin on prolonging the latent period of asthma was observed;The inhibiting effect of heparin on the OA induced contraction of smooth muscle of isolated ileum of sensitized guinea pig was observed.RESULTS:Compared with vehicle,heparin 800 IU/L(P<0 01)and 400 IU/L(P<0 05)could significantly prolong the latent period of asthma in allergic guinea-pigs;Heparin 16 000 IU/L(P<0 01)and 8,000 IU/L(P<0 05)could significantly inhibit contraction of ileum smooth muscle induced by OA from sensitized guinea-pigs in vitro.CONCLUSION:Heparin has anti-allergic effects in animal experiment.
