摘要
采用线性回归模型,以劳动争议案件作为代表劳动关系状况的一个综合性指标,重点考察了工会组建率、工会会员人数和劳动争议调解委员会单位数等工会化程度指标对劳动争议案件的影响。结果表明,在控制经济增长等变量的条件下,工会化程度与劳动争议案件呈正相关关系。
This study aims to use labour disputes as a comprehensive indicator to represent the current state of labour relations, and explore the influencing roles of unionization on labour dispute cases by some empirical tests, followed by corresponding solutions and suggestions, which has significant theoretical and practical meanings.
