摘要
利用AHP、GEM和模糊综合评价方法相结合,构建了上市公司并购融资前期规划阶段风险评价指标体系和评价模型,并以某上市公司并购融资方案选择为例全面介绍了AHP-GEM模糊综合评价法在并购融资风险评价中的应用,为上市公司并购融资方案选择和融资风险控制提供理论依据。
With the combination of AHP, GEM and Fuzzy synthesis evaluation method, this paper constructed the evaluation system and evaluation model of M＆A financial risk in the preliminary planning stage for listed company, and given an example that selection of a listed company M＆A financing project, then introduced the apply of e- valuation system and evaluation model been constructed in the field of M＆A financing risk evaluation. Finally, the paper supplied the theoretical basis for selection of M＆A financing project and control of M＆A financing risk.
