上海市医院5年来口服降糖药应用分析

Analysis of the Use of Hypoglycemic Drugs in Hospitals of Shanghai During Recent 5 Years

目的：糖尿病是最常见的内分泌代谢疾病之一，了解口服降糖药在上海市医院的应用情况，作出客观的评估，供生产、营销、使用等部门参考。方法：调查上海市４６ 家医院５ 年来（１９９４ 年～１９９８ 年） 经营金额、主要品种数量、ＤＤＤｓ 以及临床的评价。结果：５ 年来，口服降糖药经营金额明显高于药品经营总金额增长比例（４－３３ ∶１－５４） 。金额数排序为格列齐特、阿卡波糖和二甲双胍；用量和ＤＤＤｓ 排序为格列齐特、格列吡嗪和二甲双胍。笔者深入临床调查了常用品种的应用情况，提出了合理用药建议。结论：口服降糖药是当前国内一类具有发展前途的常用药物，提倡合理应用。

OBJECTIVE:Diabetes is one of the common endocrine-metabolic diseases To find out the situation of use of oral hypoglycemic drugs in hospitals of Shanghai and to make objective evaluation as reference for production,sale and consumption departments METHODS:To investigate the hypoglycemic drugs used in 46 hospitals of Shanghai during 1994～1998 period in respect to the sum of money of consumption,kinds of drugs,DDDs and clinical evuluation RESULTS:In recent 5 years,the increase of sum of money of consumption for hypoglycemic drugs obviously exceeded that for total drugs(4 33∶1 54) The order of sum of money was as follows: gliclazide,acarbose,metformin and the order of consumpted quantity and DDDs was as follows:gliclazide, glipide,metformin We went deep into the realitis of clinic to investigate the situation of use of common kinds of these drugs and put forward suggestions on rational use of drugs CONCLUSION:Oral hypoglycemic drug is a kind of common drugs which has developmental future in China
