摘要
劳动密集型企业是我国经济体系的重要组成部分,具有中小企业与民营企业的双重特征。技术创新是劳动密集型中小企业成长的关键性策略。劳动密集型中小企业技术创新绩效包括八个影响因素:人力资源管理创新、组织结构创新、原创性技术创新、营销机制创新、品牌创新、原材料供应创新、工艺流程创新与信息技术创新。实证性的研究表明,在镇江市劳动密集型中小企业技术创新机制中,人力资源管理创新、组织结构创新、营销机制创新、原材料供应创新与工艺流程创新等发生了实质性的作用,而原创性技术创新、品牌创新与信息技术创新没有产生实质性的功能。检验结论为镇江市劳动密集型中小企业技术创新的深入实施提供了现实性的理论借鉴。
The labor-intensive enterprises are important parts of economy, and they have the dual characteristics of both small and medium enterprise and private enterprise. Technology innovation is the key strategy to improve the growth of labor-inten- sive small and medium enterprise, which includes eight elements such as human resources management innovation, organiza- tion structure innovation, originality technology innovation, marketing mechanism innovation, brand innovation, raw materi- als supply innovation, production process innovation and information technology innovation. The empirical study shows that innovation of human resource management, organization structure, marketing mechanism, raw material supply and produc- tion process have a substantial role in the technology innovation process of Zhenjiang's labor-intensive small and medium enter- prise, while the innovation of originality technological, brand and information technology do not have a material function. The testing conclusion provides a realistic theory reference for labor-intensive small and medium to further implement technological innovation in Zhenjiang.
