摘要
随着知识经济的到来,人们越来越认识到人才对于企业发展的重要意义。特别对于知识型企业而言,企业竞争的实质已经演变成为人才的竞争,谁拥有人才,谁就可以最终获胜。Google的人才竞争策略一直被高科技企业奉为典范,其系统化的人才竞争策略为奠定今天的市场地位立下了汗马功劳。文章通过对Google的人才竞争策略进行深入的解读,试图描绘其人才竞争战略蓝图。希望文章的研究能在国内企业制定自己的人才竞争策略时起到一些借鉴作用。
With the advent of the knowledge economy, the importance of talent is understood increasingly. The essence of the competition between enterprises has changed into the competition for talent, especially in the knowledge enterprise. The talent competition strategy of Google is regarded as the classic sample by lots of high technology enterprises, which contributes to the eurrent market shares for Google. The article tries to give a full view of the Google's talent competition strategy by analyzing Google's talent competition measurements in recent years. It is hoped to help Chinaese enterprises to establish their own talent competition strategy.
