摘要
的:探讨凝血因子Ⅷ活性(FⅧ:C)在库血存放过程中的改变,以保证高质量采血和输血。方法:采用一期法以进口标化FⅧ作为参照,对存放不同时间的库血进行FⅧ:C测定。结果:FⅧ:C于4℃存放24 h,FⅧ:C改变不明显,至36 h,FⅧ:C迅速下降至原水平的40% ~60% 。而在原水平的30% ~40% 持续较长时间。结论:从止血与凝血方面而言,输入最新鲜的血液最为理想,其次为存放< 24 h 的全血。因子Ⅷ活性改变的观察,为制备成分输血制剂的最佳时机提供了依据。
Objective:Exploring the FⅧ activity changes during blood storage to keep high quality blood collection and transfusion.Method:FⅧ:C in stored blood was detected at different time by one stage method with import standlied FⅧ as control.Result:No obvious change was found in 4℃ stored blood for 24 h. Up to 36h,FⅧ:C decreased dramatically to 40%~60% of primary level,than,susteined at 30%~40% of primary level for a long time.Conclusion:Fresh blood (stored in 24h) is reasonable for fractioned blood tranfusion. Observation of FⅧ activity may provide the prove for choice of reasonable stored blood for fractioned blood transfusion.
