癌症告知策略的探讨

Discussing the strategy to inform the illness of cancer

癌症已经成为危害人类健康的主要疾病,患癌症是否告知患者学术界争论多年,有些国家法律规定禁止对患者保密。在我国,随着社会的进步,医学、伦理学的发展,人们认知水平的提高及治疗的需要,现在绝大部分人赞同告知。告知应该由医生来完成,告知不能是简单通报疾病,应该具有一定的策略,有计划、有步骤地进行,要对患者有利,对治疗有利。

Cancer has become the major disease to be harmful to the people. It is not unanimous for academic circles to in- form the illness of cancer to the patients. With the progress of the society and development of medical sciences and ethics, most of them agree on informing the patients to meet the requirement of medical treatment. The behavior to inform the illness of cancer to the patients should be implemented by doctors, which should not be simply notifying, but should follow some strategy and plan, and be favorable to the patients and therapy on them.
