弧叶型旋转窑烧制污泥陶粒的工艺参数研究 被引量:2

摘要 以脱水污泥为主要原材料,辅以粉煤灰和粘土,采用新型弧叶型旋转窑工艺烧制轻质陶粒是一种有效的污泥处置方法。对采用弧叶型旋转窑烧结污泥陶粒的工艺参数进行优化研究,分析了不同烧成工艺对陶粒的颗粒强度、表观密度、堆积密度、1 h吸水率等性能指标的影响。结果显示:烧结温度是影响陶粒产品性能的关键因素。试验还获取了在实验室范围内弧叶型旋转窑烧制污泥陶粒的最佳烧制工艺:将坯料于105℃下烘烤脱水2~3 h,取出坯料放入已预热至350℃的弧叶型旋转窑预热2 min后开始烧制,最佳升温速率为30℃/min,最佳烧结温度为1 160℃。 With dewatered sludge as the main raw material, supplemented with coal ash and clay, using a new type arc blade rotary kiln to produce lightweight ceramsite is an effective method of sewage sludge disposal. The optimization of the process parameters was studied. The influence of different sinte- ring processes on the ceramsite strength, apparent density, bulk density, 1 h water absorption rate and other performance indicators was analyzed. The results show that sintering temperature is the key factor affecting the performance of products. The optimal sintering process obtained in the laboratory is as follows : bake the blank at 105 ℃ for 2 to 3 h, preheat the kiln up to 350 ℃ , place the blank into the kiln to be preheated for 2 min, and begin to sinter until 1 160 ℃ with temperature rise rate of 30℃/min.
