摘要
本文就共轭亚油酸的生物学功能及其对肉鸡生产性能、脂肪沉积、脂肪酸组成、免疫机能、屠宰性能和胴体品质影响方面进行综述。
In the paper,the biological functions of dietary conjugated linoleic acid （CLA） and its effects on growth performance ,body fat deposition ,fatty acid composition ,immune response ,slaughter performance and carcass quality in broiler chickens were reviewed.
