摘要
对喷气涡流纺涤纶、粘胶及其混纺纱生产中的喷嘴压力和导引针到空心管的距离等工艺参数进行了实验研究,得出最优工艺为:喷嘴气压0.6MPa,导引针到空心管的距离为0.5mm。开发出喷气涡流纺涤/粘65/35混纺纱及其针织物产品,并与相同原料及混纺比的环锭混纺纱与针织物进行了性能对比。结果表明:喷气涡流纱的强力和条干均匀度差于环锭纱,但毛羽较之有显著减少;喷气涡流混纺针织物的顶破强力要小于环锭混纺针织物,但其透气性与起毛起球性均好于环锭混纺针织物。
In this paper, polyester and viscose fibers were used to produce blended vortex spun yarns, the experiment was designed to study the effect of the nozzle pressure, the distance from needle to spindle tube on the yarn performance. Therefore, the parameters were optimized. In addition, the performance of the jet vortex and ring blended yarn, and their knitted fabrics, with the same fiber materials of polyester65 / viscose35, were tested and compared.
