摘要 由于目前商业银行的消费贷款投放的风险防控,主要还是以提高"门槛"来筛选客户,但在实际操作中,银行工作人员并没有根据客户情况进行信用风险度量分析,只是根据客户情况,打分,评级,确定授信金额,这就导致了许多问题贷款的产生。基于此,商业银行应进一步完善征信系统,尽快实现各个行业的信息共享;构建信贷数据库,根据数据类型构建适合各种业务的信用风险计量模型,用定量的方法可以大大的降低主观决策的失误率;加强客户诚信教育,改善金融"生态环境";同时,金融机构还应在建立客户信用评级制度的基础上,结合本地实际,因地制宜地进行信用评定工作,提升客户信用评定制度的层次和效果。 In delivering consumption loans, the commercial banks prevent risks by increasing conditions mainly. In practice, however, the banking personnel do not take credit risk measurement but ascertain line of credit by scoring and rating based on clients' conditions, which will lead to many loan problems. Therefore, the eommeroial banks should improve credit reporting systems to reach information sharing with other trades, construct credit database, build credit individual risk measurement models for different businesses according to concrete data to reduce error rate of subjective decision greatly, and increase honesty education on clients to improve financial coo-environment. Furthermore, the financial institution should finish the r.redit evaluation and increase its level and effect based on real situation as well as the client credit rating system.prevention for commercial banks to deliver loans mainly relies on
