摘要
论述了通过双法兰差压变送器测定聚丙烯浆液密度,从而求出聚合反应釜中浆液浓度的方法,并进一步讨论了浆液浓度与平均停留时间、料位和聚合量等工艺参数之间的关系。
A method for calculating the slurry concentration inside the reactor was developed in this paper through determining the slurry density of polypropylene with double - flange pressure transmitter. Relationships between slurry concentration and process parameters, including mean residence time, reactant liquid level and polymerization productivity, were discussed, respectively.
