摘要
运用文献资料法、教学实验法和数理统计法对"四步全息法"提高田径专项学生掌握挺身式跳远技术的教学效果进行了实证研究。实验结果表明:"四步全息法"不仅可以明显提高学生的跳远运动成绩,而且有利于调动学生学习的积极性,发挥学生主体作用;能加深学生对技术动作结构及动作之间内在联系的理解和掌握,加速学生运动技能的形成与提高;有助于培养学生分析问题和解决问题能力。
With the method of literature review, teaching experiment and mathematical statistics, this paper studied the effect of four step holographic teaching method in hang style long jump class. The result shows that four step holographic teaching method can not only clearly improve students' long jump performance, but also promote the students' technique learning and exploring. It makes students' practice more initiative and active, deeply understand the structure of technique and its inner link, speed up the improvement of the skill and contributes to cultivate the ability to analyze and solve problems.
