摘要 α-氨基-3-羟基-5-甲基异恶唑-4-丙酸受体(AMPA受体)是一种谷氨酸受体,由4个对Ca2+具有不同通透性亚单位组成。其表达或结构的变化可引起自发兴奋性突触后电流(sEPSCs)与微小兴奋性突触后电流(mEPSCs)的幅度和频率增加,提高痫性发作的易感性。亚基GluR2表达下降使AMPA受体对Ca2+的通透性增加,可能与兴奋性神经毒性,以及促进癫痫在海马内的转播有关。本文就AMPA受体与癫痫发生机制的研究进展作一综述。
