结扎挂线法治疗出口梗阻型便秘临床观察

The Clinical Observation of Ligate Thread-ligating Therapy on Outlet Obstruction Constipation

目的:探讨结扎挂线法治疗出口梗阻型便秘临床疗效。方法:对210例出口梗阻型便秘患者(直肠前突41例,直肠内脱垂62例,耻骨直肠肌综合征35例,直肠前突合并直肠内脱垂33例,三者均存在39例)采用结扎挂线法治疗。结果:治愈155例,好转37例,无效18例,有效率91.4%,全部患者无肛门失禁或肛管畸形。结论:结扎挂线法治疗出口梗阻型便秘具有操作简便、效果好、痛苦小等特点,有着广泛的应用前景。

Objective：To discuss the clinical curative effect of ligate thread-ligating therapy on outlet obstruction constipation.Methods：210 cases of patients with outlet obstruction constipation（including rectocele 41 cases,rectum prolapse 62 cases,puborectalis syndrome 35 cases,rectocele and rectum prolapse 33 cases,both the three 39 cases） using ligate thread-ligating therapy.Results：155 cases were cured,37 cases better and 18 cases effectiveness,the effective rate was 91.4%,all patients had no anal incontinence or anal canal deformity.Conclusion：The ligate thread-ligating therapy on outlet obstruction constipation is simple and easy for operation,effective,tiny pains and other characteristics.It has a broad prospect of application.
