Objective：To study the comparative study of treatment by Zhu You and Sen Tian.Methods：Analysis the differences through documentation and the history successive changes,connotation and specific treatment of the method by Zhu You and Sen Tian.Results and conclusion：There are similarities between the treatment,ideas and content by Zhu You and Sen Tian,but the operation of the specific procedures,informed patients and treatment modes etc.
