摘要
目的:比较炒炭法和煅炭法炮制的生地黄炭对小鼠出血时间和凝血时间的影响,为研究生地黄炭止血炮制机理提供合理的制炭方法。方法:以ICR种小鼠为实验动物,采用断尾法及毛细管法分别测定生地黄、炒生地黄炭、煅生地黄炭对小鼠的出血时间和凝血时间影响。结果:与生理盐水组比较,生地黄、炒生地黄炭均能够缩短小鼠出血时间(P<0.01)和凝血时间(P<0.01);煅生地黄炭能够缩短小鼠出血时间(P<0.05)和凝血时间(P<0.05);与生地黄组比较,炒生地黄炭、煅生地黄炭均能够缩短小鼠出血时间(P<0.05)和凝血时间(P<0.05);与煅生地黄炭组比较,炒生地黄炭能够缩短小鼠出血时间和凝血时间,但无统计学意义。结论:炒生地黄炭和煅生地黄炭均具有一定的止血作用,且制炭后地黄的止血作用增强,但两种制炭方法炮制的生地黄炭对其止血作用没有显著影响,故选择易于操作的炒炭法炮制生地黄炭。
Objective:Research carbonized Aahesive Rehmannia Root Tuber,carbonized Prepared Rehmannia Root mice bleeding time and coagulation time of impact,in order to further explore Rehmannia charcoal,charcoal to stop bleeding cooked Rehmannia mechanism to provide an initial experimental basis.Methods:To ICR mice as experimental animals,using tail method and the capillary were measured Aahesive Rehmannia Root Tuber,Prepared Rehmannia Root,carbonized Aahesive Rehmannia Root Tuber,f carbonized Prepared Rehmannia Root mice bleeding time and coagulation time of impact.Results Compared with the saline group,Aahesive Rehmannia Root Tuber,carbonized Aahesive Rehmannia Root Tuber,carbonized Prepared Rehmannia Root,mice were able to significantly shorten the bleeding time(P0.01) and coagulation time(P0.01);and Aahesive Rehmannia Root Tuber group,carbonized Aahesive Rehmannia Root Tuber can significantly shorten the bleeding time in mice(P0.05) and coagulation time(P0.05);and Prepared Rehmannia Root group,carbonized Prepared Rehmannia Root can significantly reduce bleeding time in mice(P0.05) and coagulation time(P0.05).Conclusion:Carbonized Aahesive Rehmannia Root Tuber and carbonized Prepared Rehmannia Root all have a certain role in hemostasis,and Aahesive Rehmannia Root Tuber enhanced hemostasis after carbon,Prepared Rehmannia Root resulting from hemostasis.
