推拿结合穴位注射治疗腹泻型肠易激综合征疗效观察

Clinical Observation of Massage Combining Point Injection Treatment of Diarrhea Irritable Bowel Syndrome

目的:观察推拿结合穴位注射黄芪注射液治疗腹泻型肠易激综合征(irritable bowel syndrome,IBS)的临床疗效。方法:将70例患者按随机数字表单盲法分为两组,对照组35例口服匹维溴胺和培菲康治疗;治疗组35例采用推拿结合穴位注射黄芪注射液治疗;两组均治疗28 d。结果:治疗组有效率高于对照组,治疗组在腹泻、腹痛症状改善方面疗效优于对照组。结论:推拿结合穴位注射黄芪注射液治疗腹泻型IBS效果明显。
