中药配合耳穴贴压治疗月经后期的临床观察

Clinical Observation of Traditional Chinese Medicine with Points of the Late Period of Treatment Laminate

目的:观察中药配合耳穴贴压治疗月经后期的临床疗效。方法:将47例患者采用随机数字表法随机分为单纯耳穴贴压对照组24例和中药配合耳穴贴压治疗组23例。治疗组采用中药人工周期疗法配合耳穴贴压主穴子宫、卵巢、内分泌、缘中,配穴肝、脾、肾,治疗月经后期,并与单纯耳压组治疗月经后期对照观察。结果:对照组有效率95.6%,痊愈率65.2%;对照组有效率83.3%,痊愈率16.67%,治疗组痊愈率率明显高于对照组。结论:中药配合耳穴结合治疗月经后期能取得满意的临床疗效。

Objective：To observe the clinical curative effect points of the traditional Chinese medicine with stick pressure treatment.Methods：47 patients immediately by digital table method randomly divided into Chinese traditional medicine group together with auricular application（control group） 23 cases and pure ear pressure group（control group） 24 cases and control the traditional artificial cycle with pressure points of the Lord put therapy hole uterus,ovarian,endocrine,edge,with acupuncture point liver,lienal,kidney,the treatment of the late period,and with pure ear pressure treatment group late period against observation.Results：The effective rate was 95.6% in the control group,recovery rate was 65.2%;The effective rate was 83.3% in the control group,recovery rate was 16.67%,the rate of recovery rate of treatment group was higher than the control group.Conclusion：Chinese medicine together with auricular application in treatment late period could obtain satisfactory clinical curative effect.
