针对建筑工程项目在可行性研究阶段、设计阶段、工程实施阶段、竣工决算审核中存在的费用控制问题,结合各阶段影响成本费用的主要因素,以案例的形式阐述了建筑工程各阶段费用控制的具体措施,为最大限度地降低建筑工程项目成本、取得更好的经济效益提供了科学的方法。

Based on construction engineering projects in the feasibility study stage,design phase,project implementation stage,the final accounts of the completed project cost expense control,combined with the main factors which influence the costs at each stage,and expounds the factual control for the costs control at each stage with examples,which provided scientific method for reducing building engineering cost at the maximum and obtaining better economic efficiency.
