城市燃气事故应急救援预案中的技术问题

根据有关法规、标准和规定,结合应急救援预案编制和管理中存在的实际问题,就预案编制依据、燃气事故危险状态分析、预案主要内容及格式、事故应急救援的各项保障、预案的演习修订等有关技术问题进行了初步探讨,从而做好应急救援工作,避免燃气事故的发生。

According to the relevant regulations,standards and regulations,combining with the existing problems in emergency rescue counter plan establishment and management,preliminary discussed the counter plan establishment basis,gas accident risk state analysis,the main content and format of counter plan,each safeguards of accident emergency rescue and other related technical problems,so as to do a good job in emergency rescue work,avoid burning accident.
