摘要
通过公司BT项目立项评估模型的使用及项目可行性研究评审标准,总结了BT项目的前期决策管理经验;通过对BT项目的风险分类、识别、分析,从而提出应对风险的策略,并指出BT项目的前期决策管理及风险防范对项目的成败至关重要,只有选择好的BT项目,在回购期内才能创造良好效益;决策失误,就会使建成后的项目难以达到预期效益。
According to the application of project establishment evaluation model of BT program and the accreditation standard for the feasible research of the program,the paper sums up the decision making management experience in primary period of BT program,points out the strategies for the risks according to the classification,the identification,the analysis of the BT program,and indicates the decision making management experience in primary period and the risk prevention play the essential role in the program,calcifies the better effect can be achieved within purchase period by selecting better BT program,and the decision error can lead to the failure for achieving the expected effect after the complete of the program.
