摘要 以年产430万t铸坯超高功率电弧炉炼钢厂设计为例,介绍了该设计中的厂址选择、钢种选择及压力加工设备的选择,并列举出轧钢车间和电炉车间的金属平衡,叙述了车间各跨的设备及其工艺布置以及各项技术指标,从而了解了电炉炼钢车间的基本设计原则。 Taking the design of the ultra high power electric arc furnace steelmaking plant with yearly 4.3 million-ton casting billet as the example,the paper introduces the address selection,the selection of steel types,the selection of press working equipment,sums up the metal balance of the rolling section and electric furnace workshop,and indicates the equipment of all workshops,the craft allocation and all technical indexes,so as to understand the basic design principle for the electrical furnace steelmaking workshop.
