Research on comparison of cost pricing model for architectural projects at home and abroad

对比了中国与几个发达国家的建筑工程造价计价模式,分析了我国计价模式与发达国家的区别与不足,并提出了一些改革建议,以期为我国建筑工程造价计价模式的推广与应用奠定基础。

The paper compares the cost pricing models between Chinese one and the models of developed countries,analyzes the differences among the cost pricing models in China and other developed countries,as well as its shortages,and points out some reform suggestions,so as to lay the foundation for the extension and application of the cost pricing model in architectural projects in China.
