结合阿东西高速公路M3标段施工实例,介绍了在阿尔及利亚东西高速公路施工中的承包模式、施工技术的相关方及运作体系、现场的报检程序,以及心得、体会等,为海外工程施工技术管理积累了经验。
Combining with bid M3 section construction of western Algeria west-east highway as an example,this article introduces contracting mode,construction technology related company and operational system,filed inspection and declaration procedure,and experience in the construction of Algeria west-east highway,which has accumulated experience for technological management of overseas project.
