摘要
对旅游地产的规划设计进行研究与探索,结合福州市琅岐岛国际旅游度假区规划设计案例具体分析,提出结合环境、生态创新的旅游地产开发规划理念,旨在为旅游地产的开发建设提供可供操作的、自然景观格局协调的规划设计方法。
This paper explores the design and planning of tourism real estate. It raises several design concepts, including integration with environment, ecological innovation, and innovative tourism real estate, based on the empirical study in designing and planning the international tourism resort of Langqi island, Fuzhou. The paper aims to provide practical tools, and design measures with balanced natural landscapes to benefit the development of tourism real estate.
