摘要
研究了经济性、适用性、安全性、耐久性、工业化程度、可持续性和社会环境影响等指标对住宅综合性能的影响,将定性和定量分析相结合,利用AHP法确定住宅的功能系数,建立了基于价值工程的住宅性能评价模型。
In this paper, some factors which include economy, applicability, safety, durability, level of industrialization, sustainability, social and environmental impact and so on is studied in function valuation of the house. Through the application of AHP method in the definition of house function coefficients and the combination of quantitative and qualitative analysis, the comprehensive evaluation model for housing structure system based on value engineering was established.
