Research on measurement of optimal grouting amount of pile-end posting grouting

通过对温州车站大道某工程不同注浆量试桩静载对比试验,分析了注浆量对钻孔灌注桩承载力的影响规律,并通过对50多个工地212根注浆试桩静载试验的统计分析,提出了不同桩端持力层注浆时,最优注浆量的统计经验公式。

According to the comparison experiment of static loading of the trial piles with various grouting amounts of some project along road of Wenzhou station, the paper analyzes the influential laws for the grouting amount on the loading capacity of bored piles, and points out the statistical experience formula for the optimal grouting amount in the grouting of various pile-end bearing stratums by statistical analysis of the static load- ing experiments on 212 grouting piles in more than 50 work sites.
