This thesis firstly introduced a case of achieving the bidding approach of rational low quoted price by analyzing on the returning bids. ＂Then it analyzed on the bidding approach of evaluated lowest bid price, which is used in construction projects at present in China. Finally, it pointed out that, it is the direction and trend of bidding system reform in construction projects in China to energetically promote the bidding approach of evaluated lowest bid price.
