The paper, from the point of view of risk management, discussed how the enterprises to carry out the engineering insurance management and the claims management to mitigate the economic risks in the railway project construction. According to the practical situation, this paper gives some advices on the engineering insurance management with a view to enhance project management level and to promote healthy development of the enterprise.
