学前儿童积极情绪培养策略研究

摘要 一 积极情绪的内涵 情绪是人对客观事物是否符合其需要所产生的态度的体验。一般认为,情绪是由外部表现、主观体验和生理唤醒三部分组成的,而人们之所以能够感受到不同情绪的区别与情绪的主观体验是分不开的,悲伤的主观体验使人心情低落并通过外部表现如哭泣、皱眉等表现出来。
