无机膜—生物反应器处理啤酒废水及其膜清洗的试验研究

Beer wastewater treatment with inorganic membrane bioreactor and the cleaning of the membrane

无机膜—生物反应器(IMBR)是90年代兴起的一种废水生化处理的新技术。笔者介绍了无机膜—生物反应器用于啤酒废水的处理研究,采用好氧分置式膜生物反应器,膜组件是无机陶瓷膜,生物反应器是活性污泥曝气池。试验研究结果表明:在HRT为35～5h,COD负荷为354～6255kg/(m3·d)条件下,IMBR对废水的COD、NH3—N、SS、浊度的去除率分别达到96%、99%、90%和100%,膜出水水质好且稳定,明显优于建设部杂用水水质标准CJ251—1989,宜于回用,并且简单讨论了膜的清洗。

Inorganic Membrane Bioreactor (IMBR) is an innovattory and effective wastewater treatment in which membrane technology is integrated with the conventional activated sludge technology. A study on IMBR for beer wastewater treatment and reuse is introduced in this paper. The results show when the HRT is 3.5 ～ 5 h 、COD volumetric load is 3.54～6.255 kg/(m 3·d), IMBR has a high removal efficiency for COD(96%), NH 3—N(99%),SS(90%), turbidity (100%). The treated water could be used for washing or cooling. The cleaning of membrane is also disscussed.
