摘要
酚酸是土壤中存在的一类重要的化感物质.本文建立了磷钼酸-磷钨酸盐比色法测定土壤中总酚酸含量的方法.并用此方法测定了翻埋小麦秸秆3周和13周后土壤中总酚酸含量,为每克土0.030—0.143μmol之间.
Phenolic acids were important allelochemicals. A method for determination of total phenolic acids in soil by using phosphomolybdic-phosphotungstic acid phenol reagent as color agent was established . The total phenolic acids in soil was measured in third and thirteenth weeks after burying wheatstraw as 0.030-0.143μmol per gram of soil.
